*Decals/Tags must be purchased in advance and must be on all bags and no large items included.
- Billed on a Quarterly basis on the first week of each Quarter
- Payments are due 60 days after arrival.
- Customers will receive a notice of non-payment if payment not received by 60 day.
- Customer will be “cut-off” if payment not received 90 days from date of invoice. To restart service, customer must pay balance in full.
- Landlords/Property owners must have bills in their name and are responsible for payment for property receiving service in Accordance with City of Butler Ordinance # 1474, adopted August 19, 1999 enacted January 1, 2000.
Service Information
- Trash is to be serviced 1 time per week and recycle is every other week.
- Trash must be within 5 feet of curb line if truck can fit against curb the night before collection in a visible location. If no street parking exists, trash/recycling must be placed on at curb line
- If new residents moving into the City and do not have a recycle bin, call 800-451-3060 and one will be delivered at no charge.
- Trash Limits: Trash must be placed in bags or cans no larger than 32 gallons and weighing no more than 40 pounds. Limit of 10 bags or cans per week and 1 large item.
- Items not allowed – building material such as plaster, wood, concrete, shingles, dirt, brick, block, etc. Car parts, tires, rims. Freon containing material such as dehumidifiers, air conditioners, refrigerators that DO NOT have tags certifying freon extracted.
